-How long are the products delivered?

Answer:

IBFOR undertakes to produce and deliver to the customer its furnishing accessories within 1-2 working weeks, however establishing previously the exact time of order delivery is not always possible: the delivery times indicated are an average forecast (based on the statistics of previous orders).

To calculate the delivery of the order, you must first add the necessary time to transport.

If more products are ordered then the highest average processing time of the purchased products must be considered, for example if a work week is needed to build a product and the other two working weeks, for the supply of your order will be necessary about two working weeks. In fact, IBFOR will deliver the products all together, when the whole order is finished.

-How does the shipping service work?

Answer:

IBFOR sends its products by courier throughout Italy, including islands, and shipping is included in the purchase price of the product, without additional costs for the customer.

As for shipping abroad, however, the service has an additional cost, the amount of which is calculated based on the destination and volume of the product chosen and can be consulted directly from our site when you add a product to the cart and select the destination.

The IBFOR staff will arrange for the delivery of the goods to the address that will be provided in the online registration and to a schedule suitable to the customer's needs, so that he can directly collect the products. The standard shipping service delivers the goods on the ground floor.

-How does the “delivery and assembly” service work?

Answer:

For logistics reasons, some IBFOR products are shipped disassembled, with the various parts divided into two shipping packages (for example: Saarinen Tulip IBFOR tables). In these cases the customer can decide to take advantage of the "delivery and assembly" service, at an additional cost of 150 euros + VAT: by relying on an external assembly team, IBFOR delivers its design pieces directly to the floor and proceeds to the assembly directly at home, taking care to dispose of the packaging for you.

The floor delivery and assembly service is advantageous for the customer, who can pay after the product has been assembled and after it has been able to touch the quality.

-If you do not use the “delivery and assembly” service, how to assemble the dismounted furniture?

Answer:

Often for the customer it is not possible to use the delivery and assembly service, in this case, however, no fear: the packaging is provided with the insertion of all the equipment needed to assemble the dismantled furniture and an instruction manual for assembly that the IBFOR staff will also send by e-mail in PDF format.

-What are the opening hours and how to visit the showroom?

Answer:

In our showroom in via Achille Grandi, 5 in Empoli (FI) we have on display the vast majority of products on the IBFOR website. The visit is by appointment only, which you can take via phone number or email by talking to the IBFOR staff. The showroom is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.

- Are the products original?

Answer:

All the IBFOR furnishing accessories are handmade and are strictly Made in Italy. They have a proven quality that comes from the skill and attention to detail of our craftsmen.

For us quality means: taking care of the job well, choosing good materials, seeking maximum comfort and safety, researching and developing innovative projects and providing the customer with a product that is guaranteed over time.

- Is there any guarantee on the products?

Answer:

All IBFOR products are guaranteed for 5 years.

-Is it possible to refuse the products?

Answer:

In order to refuse the products, they must present defects at the time of delivery. We do not accept free returns if you don’t like the chosen product or the measures are wrong. The IBFOR staff checks the quality of the products before each shipment, making sure that there are no faults or damaged parts.

-What happens if a product is damaged?

Answer:

In the event of damage caused by transport, we request our customers to write down all the damages and to send us an email to info@ibfor.com writing in the object "transport damage" and attaching photos as soon as possible, IBFOR replaces the damaged product or returns the money paid to the customer.

To protect its interests, the customer, as soon as he receives his order, must check that it is intact BEFORE signing the receipt to the courier.

Warning: if the damage is not reported in the presence of the courier, it will no longer be possible for the IBFOR staff to solve the problem.

If the packaging is damaged, the customer must sign the courier's receipt with the words: "Reserve of control", always adding the reason for the reservation.

To simplify the replacement procedure, do not reject the package, even if damaged.

-Do you need to register on the site to place an order?

Answer:

Yes, the online purchase service on the IBFOR website implies an automatic registration to the site, at the end of which the staff will receive an email with the data to confirm your registration. Once obtained it you can proceed with the order.

By subscribing to the site, you provide all the information necessary to start the order and for billing (therefore also for the Guarantee).

Registration will allow access to the "Reserved Area" (from the link at the top right) where you can monitor the status of your orders.

The personal data of registered users will be used ONLY for the management of the order and will not be absolutely provided to third parties.

-What data should be provided to carry on an order?

Answer:

The data to be provided to carry out a purchase order are: name, surname, company name, VAT number or tax code, email, telephone (preferably mobile), country, province, municipality, Postal Code (CAP).

- Can you pay on delivery?

Answer:

To start the production of the goods IBFOR needs first a down payment to confirm the order. The balance of the payment can be made on delivery or with a check made out to INDESIGN SRLS to be given to the courier upon delivery. The method of payment on delivery is valid only for Italy, alternatively you can make a bank transfer near the delivery.

-How do you require a quote?

Answer:

Simply insert the products into the cart and select the destination.

Without obligation, the requested quote will appear, including shipping costs.

Alternatively, you can request a quote directly by writing an email to info@ibfor.com. This is a recommended solution especially for orders that include a large number of items, specifying in the mail the exact amount.

N.B. for "significant number" we mean purchases over 20 pieces.

-What finishes have Saarinen Tulip tables IBFOR?

Answer:

IBFOR Tulip Saarinen tables, both in liquid and marble laminate, have a glossy or semi-gloss finish and are treated with a special anti-stain and anti-scratch treatment. In the case of oil, coffee, fruit juice or any other disfiguring agent, it is essential to quickly remove any type of stain, without allowing too much time.

- Sometimes delivery times are long: why?

Answer:

For some IBFOR products it may happen that the production and shipping times are longer, this because they turn out to be particularly voluminous or delicate.

It is also important to bear in mind that IBFOR sofas, armchairs, chairs or beds could be put into production specifically for the customer, in case they are not available in stock.

These reasons can cause a product to become available only after two weeks.
